THE OWL
In the hush of night where shadows creep,
Glides the owl with eyes that never sleep.
Feathers soft as whispered song,
Yet in her heart, she’s fierce and strong.
Through tangled dark,
where others fear,
She sees the truths both far and near.
With wisdom deep as ancient trees,
She rides the wind with silent ease.
A guardian where the night belongs;
beautiful, watchful, proud, and strong.
Through velvet black her vision flies,
Unveiling secrets, old and wise.
