Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 2 weeks of purchase.

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska,Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Shipping is paid by the customer unless the order total is $150 or more.

Orders of $150 or more automatically qualify for free shipping, which will be applied at checkout.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted for any reason.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@LilituCandles.com as soon aspossible with details of the damage including photos. We will review the situation anddetermine how best to proceed. Due to the nature of ai these days, we may ask for thedamaged item to be shipped back, on us.

At our discretion, a damaged item may be exchanged for a new version of the same item.If we approve a replacement, we will only charge you for the shipping cost to send thereplacement item to you.
